Give at least 30 minutes of therapeutic moist heat. Pack can be applied with a Relief Pak cover or a heavy towel. When the treatment is complete the pack can be reheated or stored in a plastic bag in the refrigerator for later use. Terry cloth hot pack cover allows therapeutic moist heat to penetrate without burning the skin. Terry covers are filled with foam or terry. Velcro fasteners keep moist heat packs in place.
